- Please measure carefully. Frames are not returnable unless the frame is damaged.
- Plans will arrive via First Class US Mail.
- Bed frames will ship separately by common carrier and should arrive within two weeks of ordering.
- If plans and frames will be shipping to different addresses, then please order the plans and frames in two separate orders.
- If you have different billing and shipping addresses, you will need to enter your shipping information carefully on page two of the PayPal order system. Paypal may note this as an unconfirmed address, this only means that your billing and shipping addresses do not match and should not be cause for concern.
- Please provide a phone number! The shipping address and phone number are required for delivery, and will be the contact information given to the truck driver to deliver your order.
